This leads to a quest of trying to become a better person so that she can blend in with people in heaven because if the authorities find out what a horrible person she really was, she would be removed from that heaven and sent to hell.  Luckily for her, there is a brilliant professor of ethics to help her in her journey towards becoming a good person. This TV show has major comfort show potential but at the same time offers a decent amount of critique of what world we live in today. 

Squid Games

It is a Korean TV show but the language barrier will not stop you loving the dark and depressing elements of the story.
